Usually, in the presence of actors like Naseeruddin Shah, Shabana Azmi or Anupam Kher, it is the directors (especially relatively newer kids on the block) who get nervous. However, the tables turned during the shooting of Sorry Bhai when director Onir made Shabana Azmi nervous.
